Tired of searching for that villa or viewing properties which are nearly there but not quite then the solution is available  Working  alongside the areas longest established builder who has a good number of different urban plots in around Arboleas ( many very close to the main town and some further out) we can firstly locate you the perfect plot and then work with you through every stage of  the design and building of your perfect property.

Each property is bespoke and the builders in house architects/ designers are well versed at taking your requirements/ideas and presenting the perfect layout. Want a larger than usual lounge with 3 sets of double doors, a 20 mtr kitchen as opposed to the usual 13 mtr one,  key rooms overlooking  the pool  all is possible.

If you can only allocate a morning to visit and view then this type of property wont suit as we would spend a day or more looking first at available plots and then one of these has been decided upon spend a further day or as long as required looking at a number of finished properties/ or ones nearing completion to get design, layout and quality inspiration plus required build size.

These would then be given to the architects who would come up with a number of designs for approval.

With build times ranging from 6-9 months this is a time consuming process but the end result will be well worth the wait as the finished villa, down to positioning,  the plug sockets and roof tiling colour will be to exact specification as opposed to the compromise which is inevitable when buying a resale villa built to somebody else's remit.

Pictures displayed are all of this builders work but are for illustration purposes to give examples of design, interiors and qualities. As each villa is built for a specific client he has no re sales available.

We have not incorporated pictures of available plots as at an time there can be between 12-20  to select from and availability changes monthly.

Also with this style of property  prices vary greatly depending upon plot location , build size, spec and qualities. A kitchen with granite work tops and SMEG appliances will of course cost more than a one with MDF work tops and Spanish appliances.

You will not be expected to part with a penny until a plot, design and specifications list has been agreed upon and then you have the added advantage of stage payments over the course of the build or perhaps a construction mortgage for 70% of cost if required.

Add an additional 12,500 Euros for 8x 4 tiled pool, 600 Euros per meter build size for garage.
