The Mediterranean coastal resorts of Mojacar, Vera Playa and Garrucha is a 30 minute drive. Almeria airport is an hour’s drive, Murcia airport is an hour and 15 minute drive and Alicante is approx. a 2 hour drive.
As you approach the villa there are double gates through to the gravelled driveway with room for a motor home or several cars plus a carport. The gardens are easy to maintain with establish trees, shrubs and native plants. The pool area has lovely terraces from which you can relax, sunbathe and dine alfresco whilst taking in the fantastic views. There is a gate leading to the rear on one side of the villa and a wooden archway to the other side. Here there are two sheds, storage boxes, log store and gas bottle store. From the terrace you enter the villa via double doors into the large kitchen with fitted wall and base units and plenty of worktops and inset double bowl sink unit, electric oven, gas hob and extractor, white goods included, room for a breakfast table and chairs, door into the large bright lounge with double doors leading out to the pool area, air conditioning, ceiling fan, fireplace with wood burner. From the lounge doors lead into two of the double bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom serving both bedrooms with large walk-in shower, pedestal wash basin, bidet and WC and window. From the kitchen there is another door leading into a further double bedroom and bathroom.
