This good sized apartment is located right on the playa with wonderful sea views in the very pretty town of Mojacar (which is split into two parts the Playa and the old Moorish Pueblo). The Playa as well as a very pretty and long sandy beach has all amenities in a very unspoilt setting. There are numerous bars, restaurants, beach bars, shops etc and of course all manner of sports golf, riding, diving etc are all easily accessible. Just 2kms above the Playa is the Old Moorish pueblo who’s cobbled streets and whitewashed houses give a picture postcard view of Spain. Again her amongst the many traditional restaurants and bars (sorry not to many full English breakfasts for sale) you’ll find numerous lovely craft shops. Being under an hour from Almeria city and main airport access couldn’t be simpler. The 2nd floor property comprises two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen all appliances remaining, large lounge/diner leading to small terrace ( that overlooks the sea) and one fully equipped bathroom. This is not a development so no communal pools, gym etc but who needs them when the sea/beach are 3 mins walk. This property , as front line, has been very realistically priced but be aware this is not a new apartment and although immaculate could perhaps benefit from some interior design of a more modern nature. Mojacar is not Benidorm it’s a very traditional Spanish beach resort where many of the amenities remain in Spanish hands. So for those wanting a great beach resort not full of high rise concrete blocks then it’s well worth a look.
