A beautifully presented and stylish detached villa with wonderful vaulted ceilings throughout that is set in private non overlooked  gardens that afford quite simply breathtaking views.  Just a 3 min drive from the small but pretty village of Los Cerricos where you have a few Spanish owned bar/eateries, a small convenience store and very friendly community. The larger market towns of both Oria and Velez Rubio are around a 15-20 min drive and the very popular market town of Albox approx 25Mins. A number of Almeria's beautiful beach resorts are between 1-1 hr 15 mins drive and you have great motorway connections with the cities of Almeira and Murcia both with airports. 

A watch of the accompanying walk around video is essential to fully appreciate quality/design/layout of the villa and beautiful  outside/entertaining space and please note that the winter cover is now back on pool but web pictures illustrate the pool without cover in place. Also a 3,000 Euro allowance- which is more than adequate-  to cover re painting of exterior has been included in sales price and much of the furniture shown can be left at property (as it works so well) but this will be via seperate negotiation. 

In summary the main villa over a single level comprises a wonderful open fronted/roofed terrace alongside a glazed conservator of which is front door access. The land area totals just over 10,000 mtrs of which approx 2,500 to 3,000 mtrs have been landscaped ( the remainder planted with almonds used to provide a buffer zone between you and  closest neighbour). Privacy is a given as not overlooked and stunning views assured. A concreted drive way sweeps up to entrance gates and on to a large gravelled parking area - turning circle.
