The beautiful established and low maintenance gardens that have been totally walled/fenced are accessed via opaque electric gates. They have been split into two levels and whilst being totally private enjoy quite simply spectacular views. The upper level has a large stone chip driveway/parking area that splits off left to a large covered car port or continues on to the screened off, by hedge/palms, back garden which is where the magic really starts to happen. Pathways, planted beds with palms/ fruit trees, artificially grassed areas weave throughout this part of the garden and give access to the glorious curve fronted & open porch/viewing platform and front entrance to the villa. Moving on to the villas interior which has been fly screened throughout. Front door access leading off of the porch opens into a sumptuous- very spacious lounge/dining room with air conditioning, in built fan assisted word burner and double door access out to gardens pool side.
